Current Work Experience
Ms. Duncan is the Director of Business Services for The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ms. Duncan implements innovative systems and core functions designed to provide excellent service to our clients and staff. She oversees, manages, and implements processes across a range of disciplines, including finance, accounting, IT, compliance, facility security, human resources, Project Lifecycle Management, and general business administration. She also maintains the company’s websites and LinkedIn account.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, she served as Director of Business Operations for an independently owned pharmacy and tech startup, both in Washington, DC. She also has over 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Her skills and interests lie in creating, implementing, and institutionalizing processes to improve performance-measured outcomes and evidence-based organizational management.
Education
Ms. Duncan is a graduate of Georgetown University (BA) and George Mason University (MBA).
