Current Work Experience
Ms. Razgonova is a Vice President at The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. With more than a decade of residential and commercial real estate experience, she has expertise in real estate development, budgeting, strategic planning, design, and financing. Ms. Razgonova is responsible for advising federal government clients nationwide on portfolio management, leasing, land use feasibility, asset renovation, redevelopment, and disposition.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Razgonova worked at Greystar and Colliers International. Ms. Razgonova was responsible for providing decisionmakers with financial and strategic advisory services, as well as assistance with developer solicitations, selection, negotiations, and transaction execution. She has worked closely with multi-family developers and investors, helping them better understand specific markets for potential acquisition opportunities, estimating rents for new and value-add assets, and providing development and operating underwriting services.
Education
Ms. Razgonova is a graduate of the University of Maryland (BS, MA). She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and completed their Mentorship program. She is also a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women).
