Current Work Experience
Mr. Pal is a Senior Associate at The Craddock Group and is based in the New York metropolitan area. He supports the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with their capital planning efforts. He serves as project manager on VA’s Capital Portfolio Performance Monitoring initiative and provides program level support on VA’s Strategic Capital Investment Planning program, Lease Budget Model, Activations Cost Budget Model, and Non-IT Business Case Applications, as well as VA’s ongoing market assessment efforts. He also provides support for the WMATA Office of Planning.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to this role, Mr. Pal served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at NewDay Financial, LLC, a mortgage company specializing in VA loans. During his time there, he worked in various capacities, including capital markets, marketing and analytics, underwriting, and business development. He developed goals, timelines, budget analysis and workflows, and assimilated and managed complex data sets through SQL querying and financial/forecast-based excel modeling and trend analyses to improve operational and sales efficiencies.
Education
Mr. Pal is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina (BS).
