Current Work Experience
Ms. Ellis is a Senior Advisor at The Craddock Group and currently supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in clinical planning and advisement for capital planning strategy and implementation projects. Based in Mississippi, she applies her extensive expertise in health care planning, data analysis, and real property solutions to advising clients in all aspects of healthcare service delivery and capital investment decision support and implementation.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Ellis worked at VA’s South Central Veterans Integrated Service Network as Chief Planning Officer and VA/Department of Defense (DoD) Coordinator, leading VISN transformation and planning through VA Integrated Planning, MAHSO, major construction projects and activations including New Orleans Replacement Hospital, and multiple successful DoD collaborations to include Navy Hospital Pensacola and Kessler Air Force Base. While at the VA she was selected to serve in a national advisory capacity for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Strategic Directions Committee, VHA Market Area Health Systems Optimization (MAHSO) Prioritization Workgroup, VHA MAHSO Partnerships Workgroup and Indian Health Services Advisory Committee to SECVA.
Ms. Ellis has over 25 years clinical experience working in surgery, trauma and multidisciplinary care of complex patients. She has also served as a faculty member specializing in Neurosciences at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for both the School of Medicine and School of Nursing.

Ms. Ellis is a graduate of University of Mississippi (BA) and University of Mississippi Medical Center (BSN, MSN, MBS).
