Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Conway worked as a Summer Analyst at Leaf & Grain, a restaurant start-up in Houston, TX. In this role she gained hands-on experience in an internal consulting capacity, supporting the company’s growth and operational efficiency. During her time at Washington and Lee University, she was an active member of the Washington and Lee Student Consulting organization, leading multiple pro-bono projects. As a Team Lead, she managed client communications, coordinated project deliverables, and mentored her team to provide strategic recommendations.
