Current Work Experience
Ms. Joseph is an Analyst at the Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She currently supports the U.S Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), focusing specifically on capital investment projects and policies, as well as budgetary and financial matters. In this role, she performs research and data collection, as well as prepares agendas, meeting minutes, client communications, and presentations.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Joseph interned at a national real estate development firm where she assisted with the development of Energy, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies related to solar implementation and sustainable land management. In addition, she worked as a field intern for a U.S. Senate campaign, assisting with volunteer recruitment and voter turnout.
