Current Work Experience
Ms. Rice is currently responsible for providing strategic and technical support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (GLAHS). With approximately 26 years of experience in providing advisory and consulting services in the public sector, she is based in Los Angeles, CA where she supports VA in its efforts to redevelop GLAHS’s North Campus to provide at least 1,200 units of supportive housing for homeless and at-risk Veterans and their families.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group in 2018, Ms. Rice served most recently as an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for more than 13 years, and as a Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) for six years. She has advised multiple federal agencies including VA, Department of Transportation, Department of Defense, Federal Communications Commission, and General Services Administration on real estate strategy and best practices research, enhanced use leasing, performance measurement and reporting, and financial management. Prior to JLL and EY, Ms. Rice worked as a budget analyst and special assistant to the Deputy Director at the Office of Management and Budget for four years. She has also worked in state government and the non-profit sector.

Ms. Rice is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (BA) and University of Texas at Austin, Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs (MPAff).
