Current Work Experience
Mr. Eichberger is a Senior Associate at The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He is currently supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with their capital planning, including their Strategic Capital Investment Planning initiative and ongoing market assessment efforts. He conducts space and facility planning analyses with a focus on operational efficiency.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to his role at The Craddock Group, Mr. Eichberger served as an architectural designer at a firm based in Minneapolis, MN. He completed site feasibility and fit plan packages and advised clients on site selection for private development. His experience includes guiding projects through city entitlement and approvals processes. Additionally, Mr. Eichberger worked as an acquisition analyst for a non-profit focused on the preservation of affordable housing, where he reviewed broker offerings to develop building valuations for potential acquisitions.
