Current Work Experience
Mr. Craddock established The Craddock Group in 2010 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide professional services to federal, state, and local governments. He leads our team of professionals who advise the federal government and other clients on real estate and strategic planning, privatization, federal budgeting, financial management, and legislative and regulatory strategy.
Prior Work Experience
Mr. Craddock is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience in problem solving through creative thinking, conflict resolution and mediation, and litigation of disputes. Mr. Craddock previously served in the U.S. Army, completing his service as a Major with 13 years of service in infantry and judge advocate general assignments. Mr. Craddock has been recognized as a Virginia “Super Lawyer” in Business Litigation by Law and Politics magazine from 2010 through 2021.
Education
Mr. Craddock is a graduate of Princeton University (BSE), the University of Virginia School of Law (JD) and The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (LLM).
