Current Work Experience
Ms. Huneke is a Managing Director with over 20 years of experience providing finance and real estate advisory services to public sector clients. Based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Ms. Huneke advises clients on strategic capital planning, redevelopment, transaction management, portfolio and asset management, and stakeholder engagement and training. Her public sector clients have included the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs (VA), Army, Energy, Navy, the U.S. General Services Administration, and District of Columbia among others. Ms. Huneke is currently responsible for providing programmatic support and transaction management expertise to VA’s Enhanced-Use Lease program, promoting redevelopment of underutilized property to benefit Veterans.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Huneke was the Director of Consulting Services at Kilda Group, LLC and a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Public Institutions group, where she provided similar finance and real estate advisory services to maximize the value of real property on behalf of federal agencies.
Education
Ms. Huneke is a graduate of Georgetown University (BA) and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (MBA).
