Current Work Experience
Ms. Chen is an Analyst at The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She currently supports the U.S Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) with capital planning and healthcare planning projects. She assists with budgetary and financial matters through data collection, research, and policy analysis.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. Chen interned at a non-profit, where she assisted on grant research and developed proposals to raise capital for the construction of affordable housing units. In addition, she has conducted research on how race and income impacts homeownership to develop policy solutions to close housing disparities.
Education
Ms. Chen is a graduate of Davidson College (BA).
