Current Work Experience
Mr. Waddill is a Managing Director with The Craddock Group, where he provides strategic transaction and advisory services to federal agencies – helping them make the right decisions with their real estate portfolios. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, his areas of expertise include public-private partnerships, enhanced use leasing (EUL) and other ground lease structuring, alternative approaches to federal real estate development and finance, transaction and lease execution services, portfolio strategy, and reuse and redevelopment evaluations.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Mr. Waddill worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as a Managing Director, leading their federal consulting practice and advising clients, such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration , U.S. Mint, General Services Administration, and the Departments of Energy, Navy, Transportation, and Veterans Affairs.
Education
Mr. Waddill is a graduate of Wake Forest University (BS) and Georgetown University (MBA). He is a licensed real estate broker in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
