Current Work Experience
Ms. Boyd is a Vice President at The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ms. Boyd supports the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) ongoing effort to enhance its capital planning process. She is responsible for project and client relationship management for capital planning and project implementation.
Prior Work Experience
Ms. Boyd has over 10 years of experience working in the federal government. Most recently, she worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM). Ms. Boyd advised senior VA leadership on the acquisition, management, and disposal of VA capital assets. She monitored legislative actions and supported capital asset management matters involving Congress. Prior to that role, Ms. Boyd was an Executive Assistant working directly with the Director and Deputy Director of VA’s OAEM. In that capacity, she collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals and objectives and advance capital asset management initiatives.

Ms. Boyd is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (BS).
