Current Work Experience
Ms. Gale is a Managing Director with The Craddock Group, where she leads project teams that provide real estate and strategic consulting services to government clients nationwide. With over 17 years of real estate and affordable housing experience, she is based in the Boston, MA metropolitan area and advises clients on land use feasibility, asset renovation, redevelopment, disposition and management, enhanced use leasing, and affordable housing development. Her clients have included the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs, Transportation , Energy, and Navy, the U.S. General Services Administration, and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, among others.
Prior Work Experience
Previously, Ms. Gale was a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Public Institutions group, where she provided similar real estate and strategic consulting services to federal clients. Prior to JLL, Ms. Gale served as Project Manager at New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), where she was responsible for the management of a loan portfolio for affordable housing developers and the development of affordable housing through the city.
Education
Ms. Gale is a graduate of Columbia University (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA). She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
